Customer Experience Sales Specialist - Remote
Position Description
We are hiring a Remote Customer Experience Sales Specialist to provide primarily phone-based customer support, with some chat and email support as needed. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who are comfortable handling a high volume of calls and delivering clear, professional support.

What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Provide accurate information, schedule appointments, and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Respond to some customer inquiries via chat and email
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (phone-based experience preferred)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
- Ability to work shift times either between 8 AM and 8 PM EST or 8 PM and 8 AM EST
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems during live calls
- Reliable high-speed wired (ethernet) internet connection
- Laptop or desktop computer in good working condition
Note: Internet speed tests and device specification reports will be requested during later stages of the application process.
Nice-to-Have Software Experience
Experience with the following tools is considered an asset but is not required. Training will be provided:

Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
